"Flight into Fury" follows a soldier who crash-lands and must evade enemy forces while hiding in the fields, enduring days of terror as he steals food and water while listening for every sound that might betray his location to the German sentries. After two weeks in the war zone, the soldier finally reaches the American lines, where he recounts his harrowing experience to his fellow soldiers, who praise his nerve and survival. The comic includes various combat scenes depicting the soldier's desperate escape and close encounters with Nazi SS troops, culminating in his reunion with his unit. The issue also features a "Boogie Woogie Battle" cover story involving military action and a back section with novelty items and mail-order advertisements.
