This is an anthology issue containing at least two stories. The opening story involves Freddy and friends visiting a zoo's bird house, where they encounter animals that escape and put the characters in cages instead. "Land of Fantasy" is a text story about Dr. Howard Belasco, principal of Northtown High School, who works with the G.O. Council to create a playground for local children using discarded materials and imagination rather than a large budget. "Carson's Glue" is a comic story in which a red car becomes stuck to a pigeon loft due to glue, leading to a chaotic chase and crash as the vehicle attempts to escape before a storm arrives.
