Frogman #11

The issue contains two stories. The first follows a naval operation where Commander Darney discovers a spy ring operating among foreign fishermen and longshore workers at a naval base. After a violent storm sinks a suspicious fishing vessel, survivor Brawm is interrogated, and the authorities learn of a plot involving fake fishermen and espionage related to a weapon called "Bertha." The second story involves Marto and Luba, agents working to prevent enemy forces from obtaining American naval devices; after examining the Maru Queen ship and finding it sabotaged, Marto undertakes a dangerous mission to ambush the vessel and secure a secret device before it can be delivered to enemy headquarters.
