A young woman named Sally learns to ride and shoot on the frontier and falls in love with Hank, a down-on-his-luck ranch hand who comes to work at her father's spread. When Hank leaves due to jealousy over Sally's attention to another suitor, Sally schemes to win him back by proposing they form a rodeo team together, ultimately convincing her father to allow her to pursue the venture and run off with Hank.
