Funny Films #1

"Funny Films" #1 is an anthology comic featuring seven Laff Movies presented as comic adaptations. The visible stories include a tale of Meemie the rabbit inventing a "bunky-boy" mechanical doctor to cure a landlady's ailments, which backfires when the machine malfunctions and goes on a destructive rampage. Another story, "Puss an' Boots," depicts a cat causing havoc at a theater screening before being chased away by an irate woman. A third story shows a character attempting to disguise himself with a bean-shooter and lollipop to trick a crook, with plans involving an elevator trap that ultimately goes awry.
