Another story follows Oatsie and a cat character on a Western chase, where they attempt to catch an ornery toad-like desperado using an old wagon plank, leading to slapstick pursuits across desert terrain. The final visible story shows a cat character accidentally shooting a dog in the head with a gun, after which the dog thanks the cat sarcastically and decides to move away to live with lions and tigers, finally departing in an airplane.
