"The Arrow," by Paul Gustavson, follows a hooded vigilante archer who infiltrates a criminal organization holding a man named Dillon captive. After the gangsters begin quarreling over their prisoner, the Arrow uses his unique advantage—a mechanical bow that fires without sound—to eliminate the gangsters one by one, forcing them to turn on each other in confusion. The Arrow ultimately frees Dillon and confronts him about a mysterious man named Martin, instructing Dillon to help him locate this person while evading the remaining criminals.
