G.I. Joe #14

This issue contains two war stories. "Pvt. Bragg in Rugged Rotation" follows soldiers in combat, including Pvt. Bill Morgan, who is wounded in battle and hospitalized with a facial scar, disappointing his fiancée Annie who worries he no longer wants to live. A superior officer later proposes using Morgan's girlfriend to boost morale by arranging a wedding, which Morgan agrees to pursue. In the second story, American soldiers devise a plan to retrieve an enemy soldier's violin, which has been producing mysterious music from enemy lines; the soldiers debate whether using the violin as bait constitutes a trap, ultimately deciding against risking lives for an instrument.
