The issue contains two main stories. The second story, "The Beauty Wagon," features Gabby being driven by Aunt Hester to the town of Rawhide, where a con artist named Antoine uses a beauty wagon to trick women into paying for cosmetic treatments, prompting Gabby to work to expose the scheme.
