Gabby Hayes Western #7 This issue contains two stories featuring western adventures and humor. The main story follows Buck Desmond and the Lazy B ranch as they defend their cattle herd from rustlers led by Jim Clement, a ranchman from Vegas, who attempts to stampede the cattle through a canyon to prevent them from reaching the train on time; Buck and Vance Baker devise a strategy using brush fires to turn back the stampeding herd and trap the rustlers in the canyon. A secondary story titled "Whirling Wallop" features Gabby Hayes dealing with comedic misadventures involving a big wind at a bank, where he attempts to catch a falling man and gets caught in his own rope, resulting in slapstick hijinks.
