"The Kissing Bandit" chronicles a jewel thief who uses his charm and an emerald necklace as part of an elaborate robbery scheme targeting wealthy victims. "The Wild Genna Brothers" portrays the violent criminal organization that rose to prominence in Chicago's gangland wars, ultimately meeting their downfall at the hands of rival mobsters.
