George Pal's Puppetoons #10 This issue contains two stories. In the first, a circus scarecrow impresses spectators by fearlessly controlling roaring lions and performing a spectacular toothpick act, until the lions break loose and cause panic. In the second story, set at a grand banquet, a character encounters General Pine and attempts to kidnap him, but a demon named Jasper—with his own streak of bad luck—interferes, causing a series of mishaps including the destruction of dishes and a climactic tumble down the stairs as Jasper pursues the character through the building.
