"Daphne of Galleon Cove Camp" follows schoolgirls Bunty Rayner and Pat Simms who discover a hooded robe belonging to a mysterious girl at their camp near Galleon House; they uncover a theft plot and learn the girl in the robe has been falsely accused of the crime. "The Diamond Star Award" tells of Gaye, an unknown understudy who must rush to perform as a skating star when the lead performer is kidnapped by a manager seeking to recover a valuable diamond; Gaye exposes the impostor and wins her rightful place.
