Going Steady #11 This issue contains at least two stories. "Going Steady" follows a couple—Johnny and Laura—who are set to marry tomorrow, but a character named Lewis arrives claiming he is Laura's true love and that they should run away together, ultimately proposing marriage to her at a wedding venue before she chooses to stay with Johnny. "Corsage of Heartaches" tells of a man who works for his uncle at a nursery and becomes infatuated with a wealthy girl named Marta, but is rejected by her when she discovers his family's lower social status; years later he encounters her again and gives her flowers, proving his enduring love transcends the class differences that once separated them.
