Golden Lad foils a gangster's kidnapping scheme by stopping a runaway car and capturing the criminals, then pursues a mysterious figure in a costume and crossbow who is investigating a connection between Pinchley Mansion and the "Ghost Killers." In "Kid Wizards," a group of neighborhood boys search for a mascot and stumble upon a hidden mystery called "The Eyes of the Tiger" involving suspicious characters in a snug harbor.
