Goofy Comics #16

A rabbit character boards a train headed to Florida for vacation, falls asleep for twenty hours, and awakens in a snowy forest where he encounters a beaver and other woodland creatures. The rabbit eventually discovers a chest underwater and encounters a shark, leading to comedic underwater adventures. In another story, a government inspector visits a dog character's house to verify building permits and tax documentation, discovering the dog has violated federal law by constructing a house without proper authorization, resulting in comic confrontations between the inspector and the resourceful dog builder.
