Goofy Comics #35

This issue features "Peter Pigly in The Snipe Hunter," where Peter's Uncle Pigly tricks him into hunting for a snipe to get him out of the way so he can prepare a Christmas pie with plums gathered by two other bears they encounter. After Peter goes on an errand, Uncle Pigly and the bears attempt to make the pie, but their efforts go awry when they accidentally give the plums to Peter as a gift, prompting Uncle Pigly to devise another scheme to keep Peter busy while they continue their baking plans. The issue also includes advertisements, including one for Dubble Bubble Gum featuring children discovering they can climb trees without a ladder using the gum, and Goofy's Puzzles, a riddle and puzzle section featuring images and word games for readers to solve.
