Goofy Comics #42

This anthology issue features three stories: "Goofy in Gander—A-Feudin' an A-Fightin'!" in which Goofy and a rival engage in a rural conflict involving musical instruments and firearms; "Freddy Frog in Some Imagination," where a timid frog attempts to overcome his fear of the scary woods but encounters increasingly threatening creatures and situations; and "Wally Wolf in The Private Eye," in which struggling private detective Wally Wolf finally gets a client but must deal with a postman repeatedly interrupting his office, eventually finding a wanted poster that gives him false hope of a reward.
