Gunsmoke #11

This issue contains two main stories. In "Gunsmoke Conquers the Horrors in the Cave," Gunsmoke rescues an injured man named Jenson in the wilderness and performs emergency field surgery using a heated king bolt to cauterize the wound, then tracks down a band of fur thieves who had robbed and left Jenson for dead. In "The Golden Tomahawk of the Ancients," Gunsmoke helps an old medicine man named Ko No Ka recover his health, and the grateful Ko No Ka bestows upon him a magical golden tomahawk that can only be wielded by those worthy of it, granting Gunsmoke a powerful weapon to aid those in need.
