Ha Ha Comics #14 is an anthology of humorous stories featuring animal characters. "The Great Voice" depicts a singing dog's misadventures after discovering an "Opera Singers Wanted" sign, leading to chaotic destruction at his audition. "Mopo the Teacher" shows a resourceful dog left alone to instruct children in the absence of other teachers, using creative problem-solving to teach arithmetic to his young pupils.
