Ha Ha Comics #65

An old man with a bunch of ailing animals seeks help from a dog catcher, but when the catcher attempts to collect them, the animals cause chaos—including a lion that escapes and destroys the man's new coat. After the tailor sues the old man for the ruined garment and wins, the man is arrested, but he claims to have been born with a silver spoon and key in his mouth, leading to surreal consequences involving police, fountains, and ultimately alien visitors.
