An ex-G.I. named Hank investigates a racket involving stolen military files and Nazi propaganda. After discovering that a woman named Bolinda and a man named Williams are using war stories and stolen documents to spread fascist ideology and link up nationalist groups across the country, Hank works with a newspaper editor named Flint to expose their scheme. When Williams attempts to silence them, Hank confronts and defeats him, stopping the propaganda plot before it can spread further.
