Happy Comics #17

Happy Comics #17 is an anthology featuring "Little Billy Bear," in which a young bear attempts to fix his father's car but causes an explosion, then tries to outsmart his father by pretending to have given up before staging a series of mishaps that ultimately result in him being taken to the river. The issue also contains a comedic story involving doctors who attempt to use an X-ray machine on a patient, only to find it reveals nothing, leading them to decide to operate on the anxious patient.
