Happy Comics #20

A small character is recruited as a watch-dog by a larger anthropomorphic dog and taught to guard a wealthy household and retrieve its silverware. After the small character successfully completes the task, the larger dog attempts to steal the watch of his criminal boss but accidentally breaks it in a fight. The small character then takes the broken watch and uses it as his own, celebrating his lucky day.
