Happy Rabbit #47
Happy Rabbit and his pal Buddy are auctioned off to the highest bidder and travel to Paris to start a new career. After arriving in France, they encounter sinister characters and must evade danger while searching for a safe place to stay. The issue also includes a story titled "Corky Sings Again" by Peter Nelson, in which a cheerful cricket named Corky disturbs the sleep of Mr. Possum and Mr. Woodchuck with his chirping, but they eventually come to appreciate him and invite him back to sing. A third story features Happy Rabbit's magical encounters involving a crystal ball and a fortune teller, leading to comedic chaos in the city.
