Headline Comics #75

Ace reporter Duke Kennedy pursues the story of "The Arsonist Catcher" after his editor assigns him to find a human-interest angle. While investigating, Duke learns of diamond smuggling operations and becomes entangled with Mr. Kolby and Mrs. Oxford, who are involved in an illicit scheme to move stolen diamonds across the country. Duke must navigate the dangerous underworld of diamond trafficking while racing against a deadline to break the story before the criminals complete their illegal scheme.
