I Wouldn't Say Yes Paula has been devoted to Jeff for so long that she feels lost without him, but when Jeff begins courting another girl, Paula avoids him at a party to hide her heartbreak. After seeing Jeff again at a dance, Paula discovers he has actually been thinking only of her all along, and Jeff proposes marriage.
