Hillbilly Comics #3

Hillbilly Comics #3 is an anthology of humor stories featuring rural characters. "The Screwball o'th' Hills" (the main feature starring Gumbo Galahad) includes a story where hillbillies are offered a job watching a road sign through a telescope, and another where a character attempts to imitate an old doc's temper before accidentally becoming involved with a tiger that ends up at their hotel, ultimately deciding the tiger is too much trouble to keep. The issue also features "The Incuring Artist" segment, which interviews mountain folk about their views on post-Civil War attitudes toward Yankees, and additional comedic stories involving family mishaps and romantic situations.
