Hopalong Cassidy #67

Hopalong Cassidy pursues two criminals, Fitch and Suggs, who have perpetrated a scheme involving a fraudulent petrified giant carved from a tunnel wall. When Hopalong learns that the crooks plan to use poison gas to rob a bank, he races to stop them at the Twin River Bank. A mad scientist named Widow Jones has developed a deadly poison vapor that Fitch and Suggs intend to deploy; Hopalong must catch the criminals and prevent the poisoning before they can steal the money.
