Hot Rods and Racing Cars #17

This issue contains two stories. A spy plot emerges involving a character named Vanka, who is revealed to be a traitor attempting to steal secret racing plans worth a thousand-dollar prize, leading to a climactic scene where the stolen blueprints are recovered.
