Hot Rods and Racing Cars #21

This anthology issue contains at least two stories. The first story follows a racing competition where a driver in car number 71, piloted by Art Brady, wins a close race against a competitor driving Whitney's car, with the victory decided by mere inches at the finish line. The second story, titled "Leadfoot," depicts Ralph Colton's struggles to earn respect among hot rodders despite owning a new convertible, as he attempts to prove himself as a genuine enthusiast rather than merely a wealthy show-off.
