This issue features "The Cream-Puff," a story about a gear-twister named Amos Brady whose reputation for driving slow, outdated trucks is challenged when he acquires a car with genuine racing power. After the other racers underestimate him based on his past, Brady surprises them by dominating a race and winning easily. The story also includes a separate racing tale set in Italy where a championship race takes place, depicting various racing vehicles and competitors in competition.
