An anthology issue containing at least two stories: the first follows Jerry, who leaves town in his old hot rod to get an oil change while his girlfriend Alice stays behind, only to become entangled in a blackmail scheme involving a Mr. Gray that forces him to race dangerous vehicles; in "Mile a Minute Killer," a racer recounts how his dangerous driving caused his father's death and turned his sister into a killer, leading him to abandon racing, though he is eventually drawn back into the sport when forced to help build a car at a power plant where he works, resulting in a climactic girls' road race featuring multiple female drivers competing in a high-speed competition.
