Hot Rods and Racing Cars #80

"The Dune Riders," written by Jack Keller, follows Clint Curtis and the Road Knights as they race dune buggies through the desert. Two road signs serve as the race flag, with drivers competing to take the lead position up the next dune. During the competition, Tazio Nuvolari tries to gain ground and pull ahead by pressing the gas, while several turns have been taken with some cars pulling into pits for minor repairs and heat relief. The story also includes a bonus feature about great moments in racing history.
