"The Car-Nappers," Part I: Clint Curtis is cruising in his father's '64 Thunderbird convertible when a young driver in a '62 Chevy forces him off the road, causing Clint to nearly crash. Clint pursues the other vehicle to confront the reckless driver, but the car mysteriously vanishes. Later, Clint encounters the same Chevy again and follows it, discovering what appears to be a drag racing operation involving stolen vehicles.
