Humphrey Monthly #15

Humphrey Comics #15 is an anthology featuring three humorous stories. "Humphrey in the Bicycle Marathon" follows Humphrey and Dizzy Izzy's chaotic misadventures at a carnival bicycle race. "Captain Tootsie Catches Hi-Jackers," by Bill Schreiber, depicts Captain Tootsie and his young friends helping police intercept a silk truck hijacking on Route 3. "Little Max in True to Life" shows a small boy named Max taking on odd jobs, including shining shoes and delivering groceries, to earn money by doing hard work.
