Humphrey Monthly #18

This issue features two Humphrey stories by Ham Fisher. In "Humphrey in Talking Turtle," Humphrey encounters a talking turtle in a boxing ring and later encounters the creature again in the countryside, leading to humorous misunderstandings. In "Humphrey in Ski-Paddle," Humphrey attempts water skiing for the first time but loses control of the boat, creating comic chaos as he struggles to maintain his grip on the rope while the vessel spins out of control.
