This issue contains two main stories. "The Li-On is Busy!!" features a red-haired child using a telescope to observe a lion and giraffe, then encounters a masked bandit and pursues various adventures involving animals and disguises. "Mogo Monkey" is a text story in which Herb Hyena devises a plan to stop the teasing monkey Mogo by having neighborhood animals wear monkey masks; when Mogo sees them, he becomes frightened and runs home, ultimately learning a lesson about his own behavior when his mother explains that his reflection caused his fear.
