"Illustrated Chips" #5 (May 13, 1922) is an anthology comic featuring three main stories: "The Merry Adventures of Weary Willie and Tired Tim, Our Far-Famed Tramps," in which the two vagabonds encounter various misadventures including encounters with a master of the house, loose dogs, and a cricket match; "The Deadshots!," a wild west adventure involving outlaws, a judge, and characters named Blake, Charlie, and Phil in a search for gold and treasure; and "Ten Horse Power Dick," a sporting tale about Dick Haysling, a bicycle competitor who races against rivals and overcomes obstacles to achieve victory in a cycling competition.
