Indian Chief #13

Red Hand, a Cheyenne chief, attempts to escape a Sioux village after being accused by enemies of stirring up war among the tribes. Fleeing westward toward the Great Salt Water, Red Hand undertakes a perilous journey through unknown hostile territory, eventually reaching the ocean where he and his people hunt a great whale, which nearly capsizes their canoe before being successfully harpooned and killed.
