Jeff Jordan, U.S. Agent #1

Jeff Jordan, a U.S. government agent, interrogates criminals about a gang of hoodlums who held up a bar on West Fourth Street and closed the police barracks. After obtaining information and enjoying a peaceful evening in the park with his girlfriend Peggy, Jordan pursues the case further. The story then shifts to an aviation sequence in which pilot "Johnny Boy" attempts his third pass at an aerial target while another pilot expresses concern about whether he will make the range correctly or crash.
