Jesse James #21
This issue contains three Western stories. "Stagecoach Raids at Sulphur Valley" depicts Jesse James and associates raiding a Wells Fargo stagecoach. "Man-Hunt!" recounts a notorious gunman's deadly exploits in April 1897, when outlaws sabotage the Cannonball Express train by blowing up a tunnel near Indian Wells. "Song of Six Guns" features Sheriff Ken Peters of Longhorn County arriving in Mesa City to participate in a Frontier Day celebration reenactment of a famous "Constitution Mine" bullion holdup, only to discover that bandits plan to use the event as cover for an actual robbery.
