An anthology issue featuring multiple animal-themed stories. "He-Bear Ice Cream" shows a bear vendor selling ice cream to smaller animal characters. A second story follows J. Wigglesworth Longpants, a character arrested for driving his own car, who must convince a banker and sergeant of his identity through a series of misadventures. "Lonnie and His Burro" depicts a boy and his burro companion Buddy encountering dangerous men who attempt to force them into a cattle truck, with the burro and boy narrowly escaping capture.
