This anthology issue contains multiple stories. "Torchy," the electric toaster, becomes boastful about his toasting abilities and is taught a humbling lesson when the kitchen family deliberately breaks his regulator button, forcing him to learn that others can perform his job just as well. In another story, fireman Panetella and his crew pursue a witch who has stolen Uncle Murphy's famous golden mustache cup, a valuable treasure, leading to a chaotic adventure involving a fire truck chase and ultimately the fire department retrieving the cup from the witch.
