"Not the Herotype" follows soldier Ace Stevens and his brother Mike as they volunteer for a dangerous mine-detection mission near Red-held peaks in Korea, where Ace's characteristic joking attitude contrasts with Mike's serious professionalism as they navigate a minefield to scout an approach for a military assault.
