John Wayne Adventure Comics #11

John Wayne confronts a killer known as the "Killer-Deer" in the wilderness after discovering a poisoned trap set for trespassers. Wayne defeats the antagonist in combat and later encounters a scheming con man selling a fraudulent strength elixir to gullible townspeople, exposing the worthless tonic as a phony product that Doc Hepplewaite is hawking to unsuspecting citizens.
