Private detective Johnny Danger investigates a case involving a wealthy heiress named Sally who has been kidnapped by criminals led by "the Fat Boy." When Sally refuses to reveal information about O'Rourke's criminal operation despite torture threats, Danger devises a plan to rescue her, using matches to break into a safe containing records of building scandals.
