"Corpse in Make-Up" follows Leslie Penberthy, who senses an uncanny presence in an old house and becomes haunted by the ghostly cry of someone claiming to be a murder victim seeking revenge. A man named Bill attempts to escape a faceless corpse that has materialized to haunt him, while Leslie hides from unseen forces, both caught in supernatural terror. As Bill and his wife try to flee to the countryside, they become hunted by a werewolf that emerges at night, forcing them to confront the vengeful curse that binds them to the creature's deadly pursuit.
