Jumbo Comics #19

Jumbo Comics #19 is an anthology featuring multiple adventure stories. "Sheena—Queen of the Jungle" in "Warriors of the Bush" depicts Sheena encountering a giant ape while men in the jungle construct rafts and prepare for a dangerous expedition. A separate science fiction story depicts travelers on the planet Mercury discovering a domed glass city and a synthetic-blooded palace guard who warns them of an approaching giant. "Lightning Hawk—Stuart Taylor—Dayton" follows Black Hawk as he addresses Native American warriors about reclaiming their lands and stolen ammunition, receiving orders from Colonel Sharde to intercept guns bound for Fort Dearborn, and receiving a message to contact Wiley Wilton regarding a burned ranch in the hills.
