Jungle Jim #14

The main story, "Flowers of Peril," begins with Jungle Jim and his companions returning to shore to rescue Koli and Doctor Winston from the Tamils. After a shootout at a high chief's camp, Jim and his allies escape with the doctors. The second story, "Drums of Doom," sees Jim and Lil returning to find Doctor Winston staked out by the Tamils, forcing Jim to face incredible odds to save them. A subplot involving a character named Barlow, who has Nazi connections, unfolds as Jungle Jim navigates both the immediate jungle dangers and the revelation of Barlow's past as a cowardly traitor suspected by British intelligence.
